Check-in: After 12:00 Noon
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM

1. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Accurate guest details are mandatory. Management reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings for operational reasons.

2. Identification Requirements
A valid Aadhaar card is required for all guests at check-in.

3. Children Policy
Children under the age of 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

4. Payment Terms
We currently do not accept debit or credit cards. Accepted payment modes: UPI, cash, or bank transfers.
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout as per local regulations.

5. Cancellation and No-show Policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
- No-shows and early departures are fully chargeable.

6. Guest Conduct
Disruptive behavior, property misuse, or safety violations may result in eviction without refund.

7. Property Damage
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to room interiors, furniture, fixtures, or linen. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.

8. Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in indoor rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.

9. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed, unless approved in writing prior to booking.

10. Liability Disclaimer
Palm Springs Lake Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of guest belongings or vehicles. Safekeeping services are available at reception.

11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure in service due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen government actions.
